Hi, I’m Sadie—a writer, mother, and recovering alcoholic/addict trying to stay present in a world that’s constantly pulling us away from ourselves.
Three Pages was born out of a need to give back. After years of consuming—media, attention, substances, validation—I realized my healing would only begin when I started creating again. Writing is my resistance to the scroll, my rebellion against numbness, my lifeline back to something real.
Here you’ll find essays, memories, dreams in three daily unfiltered pages at a time—written in the quiet chaos of motherhood, the long tail of recovery, and the strange stillness of early mornings. I don’t promise resolution. I don’t promise answers. But I do promise honesty.
These pages are for the younger version of myself who thought she wasn’t enough. And maybe, they’re for you too.
